V&A partner Roman joins PE2 Board
MAKATI CITY, 21 August 2024 – The Board of Trustees of the Philippine Energy Efficiency Alliance (PE2) elected Carlo Augustine A. Roman to fill the seat vacated by Richard Henrick I. Beltran in a special board meeting held electronically earlier today. Both Roman and Beltran are Partners of the PE2 member law firm Villaraza & Angangco Law Offices.
During the meeting, Beltran notified the Board of his intent to vacate his seat in the Board as he will be on leave from the law firm. Roman, who is not new to PE2, was also appointed as Assistant Corporate Secretary by the board.
