The second APEIA meeting is planned to build on the agreement forged on 5 June 2018 to establish a regional ESCO industry platform aimed at facilitating the flow of knowledge, development resources and capital across Asia-Pacific energy efficiency markets. With the expanded membership, the meeting will bolster the Joint Statement approved by the five founding organizations on 21 July 2018, and identify short-term objectives, achievable outcomes, organizational structure and resource plans.

The second half of the APEIA meeting will allow energy efficiency market stakeholders in Singapore and the region to hear presentations on the energy efficiency and ESCO market opportunities in the respective country markets of the participating organizations.
